Insurance Appraisal Requirements

For in-person appraisals, contact us to bring the vehicle so we can take photos. The following photos will be taken / are required.​

• 4 exterior pictures of vehicle from all angled sides

• Picture of wheel / tire

• Picture from front

• Picture from back

• Picture of front seats

• Picture of rear seats

• Picture of Interior radio / climate control / dash

• Picture of current Odometer

• Picture of Vin plate on door or in Engine bay

• Ownership picture

• Your full name and address if different then ownership

• Send us a list of any new or upgraded parts or after market upgrades and associated costs (if applicable)

Turn around time is normally within 24 HOURS.

 

Once you have sent us the photos, please contact us if you do not hear from us within 2 hours for an update / to verify we got the documents.

We will provide you with a 10 to 12 page insurance quality appraisal with complete details and pictures as well as a value.
